Dr Jones has been helping my 98 year old mother who has a very painful arthritic right knee. He gives her injections and together with these and Dr Jones' ever cheerful manner she always leaves his clinic feeling so much better. I will certainly be looking to him in the future should I need his help for myself.

I am a fourth year medical student from St George's University. I sat in Dr Jones's rheumatology clinic and I left feeling very impressed by his manner towards his patients. Dr Jones gave every one of his patients the time that they needed to address their queries and concerns. He also went above and beyond by also giving them time to listen to their stories and have a chat about their general day to day lives. All his patients were clearly very fond of him and left his clinic in an lighter mood than perhaps they came in with. I also had more than one patient address me directly to say that he is a fantastic doctor and that they are very happy with him. Overall, it was refreshing to see a clinic run in such a positive and upbeat manner.

I have been seeing Dr Jones for several years now. He never fails to lift my spirits, encourages me in things I am doing to help my condition and listens carefully to how I've been since last seeing him. Because of this I feel confident in managing my condition without inflammatory medicine, knowing that if things get really bad I can phone him or his team and help will be there. He is an outstanding doctor and I feel very lucky to be treated by him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I was referred to Dr Hugh Jones about a year ago with PMR I found him most pleasant and caring. He listened to all I had to say and was very sympathetic. He recommended steroids and my condition has greatly improved. I have always been seen on time and he is always upbeat and a pleasure to see.
